• Managing Finance and Controlling department
• Participating in the establishment of the business plans for the company
• Preparing yearly budgets, rolling forecasts for costs and revenues of the business units
• Preparing monthly analysis of variances of actual to budget figures for costs and revenues
• Preparing monthly and annually profitability analyses of products, customers and profit centers
• Coordinating methodology of the review of development costs
• Preparing and presenting to management monthly evaluation of key financial and operational indicators
• Arranging financial reporting for business units according to the IFRS and company, also for the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic
• Professional experiences in financial and accounting management at a multinational production company
• Strong professional experiences from controlling
• Active knowledge of Slovak financial legislation, IFRS
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, time and self – management
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Experience with SAP R/3 and MS Office products
• Driving license - Group "B"
